Returns and Replacements
To exercise the right of return or replace, the Customer should return the items for return or replacement within 14 days of receipt of the order. The items must be returned unused and complete, as when you first received them, and they must be returned in their original state. The intention to return or to replace should be reported to the e-mail address: [email protected]
Before returning or exchanging products, the following conditions should be complied with in full:
- The product should not bear signs or marks of their having been used;
- The product should still have all labels and packaging as if brand new;
- The purchase receipt that accompanies the order should be retained.
During the Christmas shopping period between the 1st and the 24th of December, the time for returns is extended to the 10th of January, although the same is not applicable to reimbursements - for reimbursements the period of 14 days from receipt remains applicable.
In case of return, bobble will make every effort to reimburse the customer as soon as possible although this period will depend on the inspections carried out on the product up to a maximum of 15 days of return to bobble. Where payment has been made via ATM, the customer will be reimbursed by bank transfer, the NIB being requested by e-mail.
Bobble will not accept returns in cases where the forms and limitations provided for in law for the communication of the exercise of the right of retraction have not been complied with or where the product is not packed in the original packaging or all of the original content is not included.
Any other situation that is not covered by the above conditions should be reported to bobble for assessment on a case-by-case basis, the resulting decision being communicated to the customer within 48 hours.
